Why does any judge have this power to begin with? Trump is not under arrest, he should not even have a say if Trump appears at the trial. Very ridiculous.

How old are you? When you have a criminal trial in which you are a defendant, a judge has you by the balls. They decide what you can do within the law. You and I would be treated the same way. I don't understand why people can't get that through their thinks skulls.
