Better question, why are Trumpkins so suddenly excited about the prospects of an establishment donor purchased puppet joining the Trump administration?

I mean, a few Supreme Court Justices I guess one could technically reply with here. But to me the bigger question is to what further levels of “great success” does one possibly move up to from being the Secretary of State of the United States of America; or the Attorney General of the United States of America; and so on….? What kind of great success are you expecting there is beyond those preeminent positions that are held in the highest esteem throughout the entire world??

While I would be very happy if DeSantis was the VP he'd have to be nuts to do it looking at Trump's past history.
