re: Life is Fragile

I’m reminded of this tragic accident that happened in Lafayette years ago. This young guy in his 20’s, recent college grad, was sitting in his car at a stoplight. Coming up fast behind him was this person speeding way over the limit. He crashes into the back of the college grad’s car, and the grad is killed instantly. He wasn’t doing anything but waiting for the green light. He probably didn’t even see the other guy speeding up behind him.

This has always been an example to me that death can come at any time, any place, many times, out of our control.
