its not just they dont want to bother with small jobs, they dont even want to bother with medium sized renos.
they dont seem interested until the scope of the work reaches 6 figures
i had a $15k house edition to enclose a porch, to be living space, and no one even wanted to agreed to come look at it much less show up to bid the job. all i got was leave me your number and we will call you back, which they never do
