How The West Was Lost was a fascinating series. Can't remember if it was History or Discovery, too lazy to google. We fricked the Indians.

When I had my oldest, I went to the hospital late at night when my water broke but I didn’t go into labor until the next morning. I remember turning on the History Channel to pass the time, and the show that was on was the history of concrete. It was actually kinda interesting and very informative. I miss the History Channel that showed real history.

Gangland was a great show. Would have prob been the bookend to that era.

Modern Marvels was such a phenomenal show. Plus they actually had History shows on.

They have a Modern Marvels channel on PlutoTV that is nothing but Modern Marvels 24 hours a day along with other "documentary-esque" channels. It is worth the download and I routinely play it as background noise in my houose.

I love the History Channel and Discovery Channel from the 90’s and 2000’s. Modern Marvels and How it’s Made were awesome. Mail Call was pretty sweet too.
