Yeah I just paid over 15k for my ac/furnace replacement as part of our total remodel. 16 seer unit. I also had it relocated to the attic and duct work done and 2 return vents installed.
I'm currently on Week 4 of living in my 5th wheel while the whole house is being reworked.
ETA--maybe close to 17k all said and done. It's a 2 stage 16 seer. I can't remember the tonnage off hand.
