Even then, they narrowed pretty hard who even has standing to contest the issue.

Part of why SWB was crying was that she knows she will immediately be tossed as a plaintiff due to standing since she was tossed at a lower level court for that reason.

Yeah she said multiple times in her press conference that it was ruled by the appellate level that she has no standing. She would have had to already appeal that to the La Supreme Court. Her 30 days are up on that so it’s done.

She also kept saying that the only one that can request a rehearing is the plaintiff and his lawyers. She said it like 5 times. She knows he is going to appeal for a hearing, but she is just hanging on and hoping a miracle can save her.

She also refused to call St. George a city all while preaching “togetherness.” She kept calling the entire area Baton Rouge and called St. George “the proposed city of St.. George.”
