Blight isn't caused by apartments. That's just a symptom when an area starts to deteriorate and disinvestment occurs. Whether apartments are in the area or not has nothing to do with it
quote:No kidding. But, apartments end up government funded before single family homes.
Crime exists at the same rate in older single family home areas that have become government funded.
