In multiple senses.

She was part of the bloc in the Senate that killed ISD funding for St George, then told them to form a city.

Then when she got elected she did such a fricking godawful job that the petition got enough signatures and won a vote.


And instead of working with St George, she spent years fricking with them in court and not setting aside the tax money in question into escrow.



BR is going to end up in the hole by tens of millions, if not more, just in back revenue for St George and she has been wishing in one hand and shitting in the other to try and block the incorporation.
