It's a s BS article with the majority "desirable" areas being in the North. I'll take Louisiana over a northern climate any day.

A lot of rust belt cities on the top 20 of that list, which is interesting. Not the places I would have guessed or that have been hot recently.

Dayton, OH is a nice place. Their downtown area is cool and lots of good restaurants and bars.

If this is supposed to be accurate, with quality of life and economic strength being part of the formula, why are most of the markets in the top 50 in areas that people are moving away from?
