24 year old house with brick facade.
I have waited too long to wash the exterior brick of dirt/mold/mildew or whatever...
What methods & concoctions have you found to work?

Call a brick company that sells bricks. They know.

This stuff works great on vinyl, haven't tried it on brick. Jomax is popular by users on here too, but I have not tried that yet.

Depends on the brick and mortar.
I have pressured my brick home and brick rental properties. Most are ok with 2600 PSI. But some brick may be soft and the mortar also. Not sure how to test other than trying it out.
"Soft Washing" is the new buzz word for using strong bleach and soap without the high pressure. That process is commonly used on roofs and the results are amazing. YouTube has videos showing the process on roofs and houses.
