There actually are similarities especially when it comes to things like spending and handing out 'stimulus' or freebies. They aren't much different in that respect.

This is why there is rarely intelligent debate on this board. When someone is too dumb to know that a president DOES NOT control spending, then why even attempt to engage them on their idiotic opinions
case in point. The Clintons are spendaholics. Yet during his tenure spending actually went down. Why? because Newt Gingrich controlled the House as Speaker, starting in 1995.
