I bought these (one step up from your link).
On sale for $74.50 at Amazon. I enjoy these considerably more than my AirPods. My AirPods make my inner ears itch.
I bought these for yard work, but they are great for everyday use.
Anker makes very solid products.

I bought these after reading this thread and saw them for $75 so I pulled the trigger. So far, I am not pleased with them but it could be user error.
When I am on the phone, I hear myself talking so I tried to change the settings. I landed on Transparency Mode but still have a slight echo of my voice which is distracting when I'm trying to think/talk. I tried Normal and Noise Cancellation and they were terrible for use on the phone. Is there a better setting I should be using?
To make these changes, I have to do it on the app. In order to have the app connect to the headphones, the case has to be open. Is this by design because it's annoying.

I have the same problem with the iPods uncomfortable itching my ear. It’s very annoying and they are very uncomfortable
