Real silverware appraisal

8 years ago, I was given 12-15 full place settings of real silver silverware. All unused.
Any ideas where to get something like this appraised?

If you know the name of the pattern, look up sold listings on ebay. If it isn't a collectible pattern it is worth scrap.

I inherited some old real silver flatware from my grandmother. It was from the very early 1900s. Using the “marks” on the pieces as a start and by perusing websites, I was able to identify the maker and pattern of the set and accessory pieces. I then worked with the website Antique Cupboard and they agreed to buy it from me. I made about $800 bucks for some really old, no longer pretty looking stuff. I did get quotes from two or three other websites [including replacements.com] but they were all much lower than the Antique Cupboard people.
