Our first ones were Spanish and they sucked/very rushed and I don't speak Spanish either. I found some baws who work hard and now the whole neighborhood hired them

I like my lawn guys. They also weed the gardens for an extra $10/week.
Funny part about all this is the neighbors are retired and just insane. We had a guy out here replacing boards on our fence and he had to work 1’ on their property line to replace 2 boards. Maybe 10 minutes on their property next to their driveway. Guy had his phone on the ground while he went to get something. Came back and his phone was gone. When they called it, the phone was ringing inside the neighbors garage and they wouldn’t open the door when he knocked.
Those crazy bastards took his phone bc it was on their property alongside their driveway and locked it in their garage then refused to open the door for 30 minutes. I finally went over there and screamed through their front door that I was calling the police if they didn’t open up and return the phone right away. Crazy ole bitch opened the door, handed me the phone then slammed the door in my face
