Dumb judge, not only for the bad ruling, but she's just opening up the door for laws she clearly loves to be overruled by the USSC

its more than dumb. Its a dereliction of duty.
To say a primary constitutional right "doesnt exist" in your jurisdiction is grounds for removal.

I would be sure to bring this up at EVERY opportunity to the point where I would make the judge rule why the 2A is not appropriate? Get her on record.
