I would not be surprised to see fascial recognition software used to id and ban shoplifters from all stores in chains stores soon. Once the person has been banned cops would be notified as soon as they enter for being a trespasser

Reminds me of the Cyberpunk RPG that they adapted to current systems.
Anyone convicted of certain crimes could have “exile” added to the punishments, enforced by various means. After a point, you are kicked out of society permanently.
