There is a cap in small claims court you moron. The apartment is going to try to get as close to that cap as possible. Again, he is moving out of state, which I understand doesn’t mean much to a guy who connects peoples’ computers to printers, but it’s a huge deal when trying to bring a civil suit.
Admitting guilt of what? Using a different address admits nothing, other than you used a false address….
You sound like the type of guy who pays the voluntary 1% increase on income tax. Go back to your cubicle little boy.

Yes, there is and it varies by jurisdiction, you moron.

Again, he is moving out of state,
If the apartment complex files before his 30 day notice is up, he is still a resident of the same state you moron. Look, I can make as many assumptions as you….also, I’m in IT consulting sales and understand legal negotiations.
quote:he falsified a legal document, that was amendment to his contract. Court will look at that as a sign he knew he was trying to get out of paying what he owed….
other than you used a false address….
Plus, if the Apartment Complex sends certified mail to the new address with “return service request” on there, they can still take him to small claims court in that State with just having to travel there on court date and would likely get his new address. I’m sure they have enough information to track him down with relative ease and no cost.
He’ll, they just might come on here and have the OT track him down with just giving the OT his initials and city of the apartment complex
Stick to giving your clients bad tax advice, enjoy time with them in a cell one day
