White Lion wasn't even remotely obscure. They had at least 2 top 10 singles and got heavy rotation on MTV - even for some of the singles that didn't chart as well.

However, it is true that they were a "good rock band". In fact, they were great. I keep saying I want to approach Vito about personally bribing him to come back.

Had one of the most underrated guitar players of that era. Vito Bratta was insanely creative.
