I don’t know man, it was pretty appalling in 2018. I was staying around the Convention Center, walking back from Flying Saucier, and watched a bum drop his pants and spray diarrhea all over a building and sidewalk on Rusk at like 5p on a Friday.

That Saturday there was a K-Pop festival in the park and everyone was dancing around bums who were just completely passed out or dead in middle of the field.

i don’t disagree with the sad state of Houston Downtown and Midtown. I’m
not comfortable taking my young family to that area at all. It’s sad and infuriating all at once.
