Hello? Did you even movie-phone? A single phone number would give you movie times for all area theaters.

Many locally owned theaters had their own hotline as well.

And Holy shite... Look how movies have fallen.

It was worth nothing to those of us who lived in the next parish/county over. Parents weren't usually in the habit of being happy for paying for long distance calls just for finding out what time a movie played (especially when you had a perfectly good paper there on the kitchen table).
