One year I had a larger amount that was from when I had a traffic accident where an uninsured driver hit me while running a red light. My insurance company advised me to pay my deductable, and get the car fixed. They sued her and got money a year or so later, but never told me about a check for my deductible. I didn't understand why my insurance company didn't send me the check. I didn't understand why it was on one of these lists..
