I think Boomer's are less of the issue....I think the bigger issue, at least in many areas is the short term rental market as well as other corporate investment. More and more cities are getting rid of the short term rental issue (see linked video concerning Santa Ana from the last few days), but corporate overlords are going to continue to be a problem.
