2014 LSU Ag Center Projected Costs & Returns Crawfish
Just add 10 years of inflation to the projected costs in the budgets - unfortunately the AgCenter didn’t replace these ag economists when they retired - left for another job because of budget constraints, nor did they re-assign another ag economist to keep the budgets updated/current.
Like any other business/ag enterprise - some do very well, others make a some profit, others go belly up in time…..
