I’m also curious how common total loss of power on ships was prior to the Baltimore disaster.

I like the part where the Marie is sitting there docked, minding its own business, almost gets hit by another ship, and yet the Marie is the one under the investigation.

I also like the part how The Advocate thinks they alerted the Coast Guard to these incidents. Stupid fricks.

Probably why an E4 was assigned to respond to this.

It's not super-rare.


Some of these ships are poorly maintained, and/or very old.

They're apt to have an issue or two.
