What’s the exact issue OP?

1.) turn dishwasher valve off
2.) unhook dishwasher water supply line from the dishwasher and put it into a 5 gallon bucket
3.) turn dishwasher valve back on
4.) count how long it takes to fill the bucket or fill it a gallon or whatever

Go from there

ETA: the tech should have done this himself while there. It’s an easy thing to check.

It would be like checking why your dishwasher has no power at the control board.

A one gallon milk jug will work the as well. Dishwashers usually use 2-4 gallons per minute with filling. If the supply tubing can fill a milk jug in 15-30 seconds it is flowing at 2-4 gallons per minute. So no pressure issue.

Would then look to see if dishwasher has a filter that is clogged.
