Takes a ton of work ethic and definitely hard. There wouldn't be many roofs getting put on if it were up to anybody but Hispanics and South Americans. You ain't going to find any white or black roofers.

But the OP had stressful in there so I'd take roofing out. It is mindless work.

You actually getting up on the roofs? I had a roofer friend when I was still in that owned his own company but still got up on roofs in his late 50's. He's probably mid-60's now and I wouldn't be surprised if I saw him up on a roof.

He took a crew of JW's to do relief work after Katrina. They replaced the roof on the wrong house. They weren't invited back
