Do you understand "putting tariffs on just China" and "putting tariffs on all imports" are different things?
Yes, there a bad tariff schemes and really bad tariff schemes - like 10% on all imported goods, 100% on all foreign cars and 60% on all chinese goods...as Trump is promising and as contained in the article about Trump's tariff plan in the screenshot in the OP.
