How much for the desperately needed bridge in Baton Rouge? Or the one to replace the Francis Scott Key bridge in Maryland?
That’s probably only $2.5 billion to get those projects to a point where the local governments can borrow against future toll revenue and fund the rest of them. Both are desperately needed.
Too bad they aren’t in Ukraine or Israel.
