I wish I could be considered a coonass but I am not. I don't mind amping up a lighter flavor with a bit of crawfish boil. It doesn't taste like just crawfish, I use a lot of lemon pepper spice as well.
When I fry a turkey on Thanksgiving, I usually inject with crawfish boil, lemon juice, and garlic hot sauce the night before. Turkey is kind of bland and needs some love.
