If you do it it's just going to be the price of the caulk. Even with 200+ feet, which is a good bit of caulk, you won't be spending much on caulk.
A roofer is probably going to have a flat fee to send one of his guys out there for the day plus materials.
Although it might be good to get a roofer to give you options of fixing it that isn't just caulking. Like possibly fixing the leaks the right way, not just a temporary fix.
Have any pictures of the roof/where the caulk is? I do metal roofs so I might could give you some other options.
