I think there just isn't any value in going to a chain restaurant like this anymore. You used to be able to get great deals at them but now they just are not worth it

Applebees and Chilis still have decent deals. Honestly fast food has lost the most value. It’s always been shitty, but it’s not even cheap anymore. It cost close to the same to get a burger at Wendy’s as it does at a chain like Chilis. I can get one cheaper and way better than either at a local soul food diner

There are 4 chain steakhouses off the i-95 where I grew up. Tried to go to both a Texas Road House and Long Horn a few weeks ago and they each had over an hour wait which is generally the case every time I go there. Didn't even bother trying Outback as they've had an hour wait on weekends for over a decade. Not sure ab Western Sizzlin but probably slammed too.

We have a gift card to Texas Roadhouse that we still haven’t used yet because it’s always too long of a wait when we’ve been by, several times.
