My Dad was working on a line crew, back in the early 70’s. Another guy was in a bucket truck. He had told them to power the circuit back up. They did, he had one thing to remove, his arms got hit by the live lines. My Dad called in to get an ambulance headed that way, the guy was in a bucket truck, as my Dad was operating the truck, to come straight down with the bucket, it was pulling the guy out of the bucket. So he went straight up with the bucket, getting him away from to lines. Once on the ground. He cleaned out his mouth starting CPR. Not long help arrived, they continued, got him to the hospital. The guy lived. He died about 20 plus years later. He would have left his wife with, I think, 5 or 6 kids.
