I completely agree. While LSU has made some strides in the Nicholson area, for example, BR is still a dump and getting worse in many ways. Go visit a functioning city and then come back home.

Our "leaders" can't even get the roads painted in many areas. You notice a lot of this teaching a teenager to drive. "Okay, now follow the line on the double left turn." "Mom, I don't see a line." All while trying to avoid a crackhead teetering into the street. SMH
