If you haven't tried Boudin by Jamison, you're missing is out. His is the best around and it's not even close. Check him out on FB to order for Thursday pickups or he does some markets on the weekend.
As someone mentioned he's won the people's choice a couple times now at the boudin festival out in prime boudin country.

I've had his boudin and I agree, it's very good. Especially if you put it on a grill for a bit.
