Can you show me someone mentioning that the latest CBA has increased value for expirings, and some big time trades centered around them recently? I'd like it for my own edification

A perfect example is how we couldn’t trade JV this deadline. Expiring contracts are not as valuable as they used to be.

Harden trade to Clippers was literally all expiring salary
CJ trade to us only reason we were able to make it was because we had the expiring salary
