Yea it does go against her ultimate character reveal as like “helper of all” that she’s killing a bunch of innocent people in the vault.
And wouldn’t Overseer 33 have recognized her from hundreds of years ago anyway before they went through the wedding.
Seems like there’s a lot unanswered about the vault, hoping that it stays a part of the story even if the show location looks like it’s moving for season 2

To be fair, it had been 200 years and they may not have had as much in-person interaction with her then and she did look pretty different in the Ghoul's flashback. Even he was a little confused when he saw her picture on the wanted poster. Hank did recognize her though when he got up close with her.

I still don’t understand what is going on here.
