It sounds bad...but they just need to give it up. Continuing this fight will only make things worse. I saw an article where they had 51 million people back in 91 and they may have less than 30 after this is over. And most who have fled are the ones with money and education. Those left will be poor, poorly educated, and in 100s of thousands of cases maimed. They say that half the population is now in need of counseling or psychological help, no wonder keeping them on the front line for years after you siezed them off the streets to serve.
