Those are carnival vendors from out of state. They are not local. All the local non profit is inside gates around square

Ponchy focused FB sites are vociferously complaining about the out of town vendors high prices and encouraging folks to buy local.

There were some Armenians grilling on main street. I caught the spices about a block away.
Walked up and chatted a little bit. They gave me a few samples, those guys know their way around a grill.
