AZTiger hit on the real issue.

It has nothing to do with the heat. Just another govt agency being used to "target" the perceived enemies of the govt. I bet this is due to the volume of OSHA complaints mysteriously occuring in Florida. Its hot in Cali too, wonder how many complaints they have?
