Non violent property crime is hardly something that would scare me bail-wise.
And I'm fine with him being prosecuted for it. Notice when I said "my policy preference is that it shouldn't be" was only applied to the gun charge.

What would’ve happened had the owner walked up? We see what happened when the cops rolled up.
