It’s silly, really.
This person appears to have been released with no bail, despite being arrested for two simultaneous felonies.

No, actually, because it can get very draconian like the federal system. If you get denied in that system, that's basically it (like the J6ers).
I'm for consistent and low bonds and reliance on methods other than bail that have shown to produce better rates of missed court than bail itself.
