Now.. I might be mistaken, but aren't there some of the Jan 6 protesters still sitting in jail without having had their trial yet? Isn't that true? If so, I guess you don't mind ignoring the constitution for their "crimes", do you?

Ummmmm where in the constitution does it say you should give no cash bail with charges of multiple felonies?
