One thing the OT has taught me over the decades: Nobody deserves bad things to happen to them quite like people struggling to lose weight. Except maybe drug addicts.

Personally, I think any safe tool that can help people improve their health is likely a net benefit and with this one specifically, I could see it leading to further advances in fighting drug addiction noise in the brain.
