Retay is killing it in the marketing department, and their gun prices reflect that.

My brother in law got in to duck hunting a couple of years back and had to have a Retay and I told him with good ammo he didn't need a 3.5" and should get an M2 or A300. But it's what the cool kids are shooting, so that's what he got.

We had several clients bring retays this year. Several people absolutely loved theirs. That said we had multiple people claim issues this year and saw a few not function well with us.

I have an old Turkish gun for a backup that acts like the hammer of god on ducks so I'm not knocking off brands. Its killed more ducks than many of our customers have ever seen But you can buy better guns for the money retay is asking anymore.

Spend some time on gunbroker and you can find some killer deals. You just have to be patient.

I’d be willing to bet the crash of the lira had as much, or more, to do with their gun prices than the marketing strategy.
