Whatever you’re making doesn’t sound small.. the collage itself seems like a cool idea, but there’s many ways to make a collage that don’t involve 2x4’s, picture frames and serious adhesive.
We have 25 tables at our wedding. Table 1 goes in the middle and we have the charts laid out to have 3 tables on each page. So there’s 8 around the center. It’s a 3x3 grid. It will sit up on an easel.
It’ll basically be the size of a 24x36 poster.

This sounds more like the wedding reception than the actual ceremony. If that’s the case, you’re expending a lot of energy on something most people are going to ignore. Your guests are going to be looking for food and booze not trying to decipher a 3d seating chart you’ve placed in the middle of the room.
