The President has no power on this issue OTHER than setting the party’s agenda.
Donald is trying to turn the Republican Party pro choice.
I will vote for Pro Life republicans in congress who if they have any spine will pass a federal mandate in spite of whichever pro choicer (don or Joe) is president
