Environmental Impact Statements were used to block Trumps Wall

An effective delaying tactic to slow the installation of the border wall was the eia requirement for environment impact statements where the EPA was worried lizards, bunnies, and scorpions would be restrained in their daily walk.
The federal government should be required to do an EIA, regards the 10 million illegals that have have been directed to pass the border. 10 million addition people will have more Carbon pollution associated than all of the green reductions together. This is a larger amount of polluting people than currently occupy a dozen states. Probably the largest pollution disaster than agent orange, asbestos, and lead pipes all rolled together

They use the EPA to slow/stop any project they are not behind.
Been that way for decades.

Didn't a recent SCOTUS ruling curtail the EPA's power?

I'd rather the EPA went away entirely.

The current EPA head earned his spot by blocking pipelines in NC using the 401 regs when he was the head of NC DEQ. That rat bastard and the governor repeatedly said they would issue permits as long as all conditions were met, and then after millions of dollars were spent by companies they would deny their 401 WQC.

especially when you factor in all the gasoline used to transport them all over the USA via busses and airplanes,
Pretty sad when they are deliberately trying to reduce the American born population of the USA.
They are trying to erode the "American way of life" in favor of culture that only depends on 'bread and circus' provided by the central govt.
Democrat ideology is evil in every sense of the word.

The coast of Louisiana is washing away and some groups are using this crap to stop a diversion project which has received full funding.
It just shows how retarded our system has become.

Same for the keystone xl pipeline as I recall.

EPA
One of the more destructive agencies in the system... They are operating way outside of their bounds and no one seems willing to reel them in...
If they were really worried about the environment they need to go to the border and take a look at all the trash and human feces the border crosses are dropping after they cross... This alone would justify a wall in order to save the environment...
