Because Nola has horrible political climate. Horrible streets uptown and garden dist and lake view.
Crime is bad and police response sux.
Nasty tourists , marijuana, urine, stale beer, smell downtown ruin that experience.
Except for some really good restaurants, it’s questionable place to LIVE. Better to visit
