In general LSU fans don't really care about basketball (MBB or WBB) unless the teams are good.

Truer words have rarely been spoken here.

I watched more LSU WBB the last few years than I ever have before though I did follow the result previously. It is also easier to watch the games now.

People who go in thinking it will look like the men's game will be disappointed but if you can set that aside you can actually enjoy the games. Otherwise, it will be very frustrating. It is a below-the-rim game and the players are not the same caliber athletes as the men. But they are competitive and I enjoy watching the LSU games. I rarely watch any other WBB games, though. But the same is true for MBB and baseball now (that was not true in my youth).

Agreed brother. I enjoy basketball so I can enjoy high-level WBB, especially more so recently. It's true they aren't as athletic, but skills wise with the dribbling, finishing, and jump shooting it can be super enjoyable to watch. I think that if you can't enjoy watch elite players like Caitlin Clark you just don't enjoy basketball.

However.. I'd be lying if I said a lot of it wasn't frustrating to watch.. the less skilled players especially.
